Realmedia player files, in RM or RMVB format, are very extensively used, above all on the Internet. But to see them you need to install RealPlayer because you can´t watch them on the majority of other players.

If you don´t want to install Real Player then the easiest solution is to use an application like Convert RM RMVB to AVI MPG DVD 2007 which converts RM and RMVB files to other more popular formats like AVI, DivX, xVid, MPEG, VCD, SVCD or even DVD.

You can process in batches, establish the final size, frame rate, etc.
